Can you send me a picture of my graphics before you print?

Yes! Simply select ‘Yes’ on the Design Proof option on the order page. We will then email you a design example to make any changes prior to printing. 2 Free Design Proofs are included with each order.

Please note, given the amount of time that goes into designing custom graphics, we do not design or proof anything until an order is officially placed and paid for.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Due to the amount of information needed for custom products, the easiest and quickest way to order is through our website. If you have any issues shopping online email us at order@magiksc.com

Order Cancellations

Had a last minute change of plans and wish to cancel your order? Email order@magiksc.com before your order has been designed and we can simply cancel your order and refund you in full!

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been designed (but not yet printed), this will incur a $30 design fee to cover the time that was spent designing your order before it was cancelled.

Please Note: Orders can NOT be cancelled after they have been sent to print.
